"I purchased these because I had a foot injury and I was going on holiday. They are very effective and useful as you can take them on the journey and apply the ice pack anywhere. Also my husband has a bad back and we took them when we went on holiday. Much better than taking the pack that goes in the freezer or freezing compartment of fridge.
