"Not a review - just a correction. Powerball literature states it achieves TORQUES in excess of 40 lbs. Torque is measured in units of, for example, lbs.-ft, lbs.-ins. etc; Lbs. are a unit of FORCE. However, from promotional videos, I can well believe that the force exerted on the wrist at high speeds can reach 40 lbs.!"

"This device is amazing; I came across this product whilst perusing the excellent selection of hockey equipment pushback had to offer. I was recently at a friends birthday, he has grown up a bit over the last years and he isn’t a teenager anymore. I don’t think his wrists were getting a good enough workout anymore.
