"Product quality is fantastic and I was very happy with the customer care from Pushback when my local sorting office messed up delivery. Very good product that is definitely helping on a repeat injury, making me feel more confident that it is secure and protected. My only criticism would be the lack of adjustment length around the front of the support. It fitted perfectly and comfortably around my shoulder/arm but could have done with it going tighter around my chest. Thanks again pushback (by the way you were nearly half the price of the company I had been recommended!!), happy to deal with you again."

"Although it provided enough stability for my damaged shoulder ligaments and socket, it became a bit uncomfortable to be wearing on a day to day basis and caused alot of sweating around my chest and back. Given the opportunity, I would buy the similar version which doesnt cover the body, however, I am not sure if that provides as much support to the shoulder. As for Pushback, they beat all competition on price and provided a very fast delivery service. I would use the company again if I needed other products they provide. Product rating 3* Service rating 5*"
